Black Pearl King Oyster - Fresh

This Japanese variety is very meaty with a peppery kick. It is a hybrid of an oyster and a king trumpet. The stems can be sliced into rounds and sauteed as a vegan scallop.  The mushroom can be peeled apart lengthwise down the stem and used to create a vegan pulled pork.
