Lions Mane - Fresh

Lion's Mane is slightly sweet and succulent with a flavor that resembles buttery lobster or crab meat. The texture is very similar to meat when sauteed on low heat in olive oil or vegan butter.

Our fresh mushrooms are available for local delivery in the Eugene/Springfield area and can be shipped anywhere in the state of Oregon. If local, mushrooms will be delivered on the Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday before Thanksgiving. If shipped, they will be shipped 2-day priority on Monday morning so that they arrive in your mail by Wednesday.
