Returns
Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase. 

Refunds (if applicable)
If your product was damaged during transit you must take a photograph and send it to amy@myconova.com within 48 hours of receipt. We will ship a new product or provide a refund upon approval.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Refunds generally require 1-3 business days for your bank to process. If after 3 business days after your refund has been issued and you still have not received it you can contact us at amy@myconova.com.
